A. Sterling Business Systems Inc. has rental programs tailored to meet the demands of  any business .From

monthly to as long as you need it.

Q. Is there a minimum rental charge?

A. There is no minimum rental charge. Pay only for the time you rent the Copy Machine.

Q. What type of Copy Machines do you rent?

A. We rent Canon Copy Machines from the smallest (image RUNNER 1023) to the largest (image RUNNER

4080i). We also rent Fax Machines, Scanners, Printers (color and black and white) and large format printers.

Q. What does your rental program include?

A. The Copy Machine, Service (including all parts and labor), connectivity to your computer system,  installation

and pick up, free training

Q. How many rental programs do you offer?

A. We offer two types of pricing programs.

* Our first program includes a number of copies in our base rental rate. If you exceed the allotted copies,

you are charged a per copy rate.

* Our high volume copy program is our favorite for customers making over 40,000 copies per month. Here

you pay a base charge for the copier, and all copies are charged at a very low rate. This program rewards our

customer to make their copies at the lowest possible price.

Q. If we need service, how fast will your technician respond to our problem?

A. We have same day service on all our rentals. Average response rate is less than 4 hours.

Q. If you copy usage exceeds our copier, can we upgrade?

A. Yes, Sterling Business Systems Inc. has an inventory of over one million dollars to meet any copying  needs

of any of our customers.

Q. How soon can I expect my copier (s) once I've decided what I need?

  A. Copy Machines are delivered three days from the date of order.

Q. What areas do you service?

A. We service the the Nassau and Suffolk Counties in New York.

Q. How do I get started?

A. Call 1-631-395-9106. We are live from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. After

  hours leave a message and we will call you back by 10:00 A.M. the next morning.
