Q. Are these the only Rental Plans you have available?
A. We have Rental Plans to fit the smallest business to the largest business. The above chart lists only
     10 of over 50 Rental plans we have available.
 
Q. Is there a minimum Rental Charge?
A. There is no minimun Monthly Rental Charge. Pay ony for the time you rent the Copy Machine
 
Q. What type of Copy Machines do you rent?
A, We rent Copy Machines from the iR 1023N to the iR 4080i. We also rent Fax Machines, High Speed
Scanners, Color and Black and White Laser Printers and large format Printers.
 
Q. What does you rental program include?
A. it includes the Copy Machine and all the features you need. It also includes free service.
 
Q. If the Copy Machine need service how fast will your technician respond to our call?
A. We have same day service. In most instances service will be in less than 4 hours.
 
Q. If we need to upgrade to a bigger Copy Machine Rental can we upgrade our Rental?
A. Yes, your rental can be changed at any time to fit your needs.
 
Q. How soon can I expect my copy to be delivered once I have ordered my Copy Machine?
A. Rentals are delivered within three days of the order.
